Those Whom Have Lost Their Common Courtesy

I would like to take a moment to stress the importance of common courtesy.  Today I had the joy *insert sarcastic tone here* of experiencing a few of the many who have clearly never been instructed in any area of politeness.

Please be sure to treat those who work in fields of customer service with the decency you would expect to be treated with.  There is a difference between service and servant.  Just because we have to keep quiet due to the desire to keep a job does not mean we get to be your verbal punching bag.

If you happen to need lessons on proper public etiquette, eHow can teach you.

  1. However, if you need to learn common courtesy from a website, you should probably just go crawl under a rock and die. =P

  2. Ohhhh my, I can only imagine what happened. I worked in customer service for many many years so I can totally relate! My little rant today was also on courtesy, a little different kind, but still... On another note a friend and I came up with a new award and of course I couldn't hand out awards without giving you one! :) I linked back to your blog and you don't have to do anything with the the award if you don't want to. Hope you had a great Easter!!
