Meet Me on Monday

It's time for another Monday.  I am exhausted and not ready for another week, but here it is.  Thank goodness I only have four weeks left of classes.  Only four Mondays left to wake up early for school before I have an entire summer to enjoy.  Here is the Meet Me on Monday blog hop from Never Growing Old

1.  If you had to eat only one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
2.  Do you write your blog posts in advance or the day you post them?
3.  Have you ever ridden in an ambulance?
4.  What is your favorite candle scent?
5.  Coffee or tea?

1.  Pad Thai.  I am absolutely in love with the dish and have been for years.  I cannot figure out why but it really is the best thing ever.

2.  Usually I write them the day I post them unless I come up with an idea a day or two early and need to get it written down before I forget about it.

3.  Thank goodness, I never have.  I've spent many nights in an emergency room, but never in an ambulance.

4.  Fall.  This includes pumpkin spice and apple pie.

5.  Coffee.  I worked as a barista for years and have always loved the flavor and smell of coffee.  I don't drink it for the caffeine, but for the ritual.

  1. I answered pretty much the same as you for question 2. I would hate to forget an idea for a post.
    Have a great week!

  2. Hi Alexis, hope your week is going great so far! I used your wonderful recipe today and linked back to your blog, thank you so much for sharing it with me, it sounds really good and I think my vegetarian Nieces and Nephews would enjoy it, having their Aunt cook may give them a heart attack though. ;)

  3. It sounds like a gorgeous and healthy alternative to burgers - thanks both of you for sharing :-)

  4. Finally getting over here-- you've left so many lovely comments on my blog lately that I feel bad that it took me so long to check yours out! So I'll just answer the questions here for fun. :)

    1. Bread, because there's so many different ways you can make it and things you can add to it. (And then I don't have to entirely give up chocolate, because I have seen chocolate bread!)

    2. Day I post them, for the most part.

    3. No.

    4. I tend to like the "Christmas Cookie" or vanilla-ish type ones best. Subtle, but homey.

    5. Tea, hands-down. (Even though I also worked as a barista for awhile--the others used to make fun of me because I can't stand the taste of coffee, even though I like the smell!)
