With Coachella happening over the last few weeks, everyone seems to be in the music festival mood. I love music festivals but I haven't really been able to locate any good ones on our little island. I think that's something we'll have to travel to the mainland for, as if festivals aren't expensive enough as it is.

If I were going to a festival anytime soon, this is probably what I would be wearing. All elements are incredibly breathable (except that massive belt, perhaps) and make for a fun "I'm going to be in hippie land and enjoy my free spirit" feeling--especially with these neat earrings! About that belt for a second, I bought it four years ago when I was traveling Europe and haven't worn it once in the states. I figured it was about time.

DeleteI tend to be monochromatic with my wardrobe, with a black or brown accent. I would never think to put those colors together into one outfit, but the peacock earrings tie everything together beautifully, and you look fantastic. Way to go! ~ Aunt Lisa

DeleteOoo new profile picture! I have three festivals I want to go to this summer, and I'm slowly but surely buying my tickets. It's such a beating for the wallet, but once you're there it's well worth it :) I like what you whipped up here, especially the earrings!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree, festival tickets hurt but once you're there it's such a fun time. I worked at Sasquatch one year and it made me wish I had just gone as a festival goer instead of a worker.
